Return Process

Returns require emailing customer@retronize.com with your order number. Items must be undamaged, unstained, and unused.

Trackable shipping is recommended for all returns.

Return Period

30 days from package receipt.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Personal reasons (dislike / unsuitable)Customer pays the return shipping costs.
  • Quality problems (wrong / damaged)Company pays the shipping costs. Please include photos of the problem when contacting us.

Exchanges

Email customer@retronize.com with your order number and explanation:

  • Non-quality issues: Customer pays shipping and price difference.
  • Quality issues: No shipping cost; include photos of packaging and item.

Exchange timing: Processed 1-2 business days after receiving and confirming returned item condition. Standard delivery takes 7-15 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are completed within 7 working days after item receipt and inspection. PayPal or credit card refunds will be processed within 7 working days. For any delays, please contact customer@retronize.com.
